Boy, doesn't December creep up on you? It does to me. It's cold and wet and dark, the nights start early and last forever and the wind whips. We call it Jazz Month in my household, I can't remember why, but I'm fairly certain I came up with it. And as a result we listen to a lot of jazz. The same few albums over and over.
This Road 13 wine comes from Oliver, BC. The winery itself is beautifully designed, and the wine has vanilla, blackberry and nice acidity. Pretty refreshing.
Paired with Giant Steps on repeat.
