Very nice! Bright and fruity, cherries and grass, moderate tannins, high acidity. Great value.

Just made and ate fish, something white, from Sean. Very nice. Made soup on Saturday, also good. Launched a website, printing a cookbook, making plans and drinking wine.

Codorniu Clasico 1872 Cava

Mineral, bubbles, grass, stones, lime, but it's not really jumping out of the glass. Crisp apples, like granny smith.

Short finish. Chilling on a cold Friday night. Not up to much.
