Malard Champagne Grand Cru

Lots of pear and some kind of not sweet, not bitingly tart apple. It's citrusy without tasting like lemon. Lime rind maybe. What else? Mineral, rocks, flowers, herbaceous. Quite an interesting, complex flavour combo. We just got back from watching My Week with Marilyn. Another fairly complex character. I enjoyed the movie. I was able to put myself there, despite the person beside me loudly rubbing his stubble. 25€ Blanc de blanc
